Prepare a song for each session and we will work through it and give constructive criticism on how to make your performances shine!

Barbara has been dancing since the age of 5 but really fell in love with tap at 17. She has studied with such noted tappers as Deborah Mitchell and Germaine Goodson (The Rhythm Queens), Michael Minery & Savion Glover.

Laugh along with America’s most successful playwright, examining his comedies that range from Come Blow Your Horn, The Odd Couple, Barefoot In The Park and of course, Fools! 

OCTOBER 31st – Come to the CABARET

Discover how one authors trip to pre-war Berlin would inspire books, films and the stage masterpiece Cabaret. Hear Kander & Ebb’s iconic songs and the stories behind the creation of this modern classic musical. 

NOVEMBER 7th – You Gotta Have ART

The play Art by Yazmina Reza has won every top theatre award around the world. In this examination we’ll look at it’s French origins, award winning productions, and amazing casts who make it a true collectors item. 

NOVEMBER 14th –  All About CAMELOT 

The story of the legendary Broadway hit, complete with challenges of epic proportions. Discover how Lerner & Loewe’s classic musical almost never opened and how it has endured worldwide success for 6 decades. 

NOVEMBER 21st – The Comedies of Kaufman & Hart

George S. Kaufman & Moss Hart created some of the finest comedies of the 20th Century including You Can’t Take It With You, Light Up The Sky, and The Man Who Came To Dinner. Hear their story and how these comedy classics came to life. 

DECEMBER 5th – FOLLIES, An American Masterpiece

Inspired by a photograph, FOLLIES is a thrilling theatrical event about love, loss and nostalgia. Learn the story of the show, complete with dozens or rewrites, replacements and drama. Featuring such players as Stephen Sondheim, Hal Prince and Michael Bennett, the story of FOLLIES is pure theatrical genius. 

 

The fascinating story behind our namesake and the theatre company that has been entertaining local audiences since 1930. Francis Wilson was one of Broadway’s biggest stars and the man who brought live theatre to Clearwater.
