Francis Wilson Playhouse will be holding auditions for the classic Dracula on August 16th and 17th at 6:00 PM at the theater. Directed by Drew Decaro, this is sure to be the highlight of spooky season in the Tampa Bay area. Please see character needs below. 

Harker: Young man of his time, around 25. Clear, direct and Excitable, London accent.

Maid: An attractive young woman, around 20-25, Irish accent.

Dr. Seward: An Alienist of about 55, Intelligent, but a typical specialist who lives in a world of textbooks and patients, not a man of action, or force of character, Upper Class British dialect.

Van Helsing: A man of medium high in his early 50’s. Nervous, alert manner; An air of resolution. Dutch accent.

Renfield: Disheveled, disturbed man in his 30’s. Agile and quick, with the strength of madness. London accent.

Butterworth: Hospital attendant, 30’s. Frustrated and driven to distraction by Renfield, cockney dialect.

Lucy: A young woman, around 20, beautiful if unnaturally pale. Upper Class British dialect.

Dracula: A tall, mysterious man. Polished and distinguished, Continental in appearance and manner. Appears to be about 50. Transylvanian accent.
